Refunds & access.

If Still Her is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@readversa.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase. You do not need to send completed workbook pages or private reflections.

The guarantee covers the amount paid for Still Her. If you bought optional guides or a bundle, identify the items you want help with; the terms displayed for those items at checkout apply. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Once approved, a refund is returned through the original payment method where supported. Your payment provider or bank controls when it appears on your statement. We will let you know if we need additional order information; please do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents by email.

Access to refunded materials may be withdrawn. Refunded files must not be redistributed, resold or shared publicly.

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or promotions folder. Use the buyer-access link provided with your order. If you still cannot access your files, email support@readversa.com with the order email and number.

Products described as digital workbooks do not include shipping or a printed copy. Contact us about missing, incorrect, corrupted or inaccessible files so we can help or address any rights available under applicable law.
