Versa provides general information, perspectives and educational resources. Articles, newsletters and workbooks are not personalized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and do not create a professional-client relationship. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

We aim for accuracy, but information and opinions can change. A publication date is not a promise that every detail remains current. Report errors through our corrections process.

Unless otherwise credited, website content, branding and digital resources belong to SeedX Inc. or its licensors. You may read the website, share links, and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use consistent with applicable law.

A digital-workbook purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files supplied with that order. You may keep personal copies and print them for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, sublicense or claim ownership of the workbook or other protected materials without written permission. Any rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

The Versa letter is free unless a particular paid offer clearly states otherwise. You can unsubscribe through the link in an email. Separate purchase, account and support messages may be necessary to provide a service you requested. Do not subscribe another person without authorization.

Product descriptions, prices, included files and any purchase-specific terms are shown on the relevant sales and checkout pages. Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. Optional add-ons require your selection; the price shown for an add-on is additional unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Workbooks are digital products; no physical shipment is included unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Access instructions are provided through the checkout and buyer-access service. Use an accurate email address and keep buyer-access links and credentials private. Contact support@readversa.com if access fails.

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective digital content or cancellation where applicable.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive material, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations.

External websites, payment services, email tools and products mentioned in an article have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement. Sponsored content and affiliate relationships will be identified where applicable; see our Editorial standards.

Sending a general email does not transfer ownership of your work to us or create a duty of confidentiality. Please do not send unsolicited confidential materials. Publication rights for a commissioned or accepted contribution must be agreed separately.

We provide the website and editorial material as available and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general editorial material or events outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms as our services change. The revision date appears at the top. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove an agreed purchase right. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
